A way calculated allowances from totaling up item custom (number)fields

Ideally want to do an allowance for custom item fields we have a custom field for comms room port requirements we want to make this a cable allowance so total up these product custom fields and then times it by £5 to give us an allowance for comms room cable.

As we dont know at time of quote how long the cables or exact cables required
