App/Module: D-Tools Mobile Install
Problem/Current Behavior: Upon login, all technicians are defaulted to the Dashboard page. This page separates "Service Orders" and "Tasks," which is not intuitive for a technician who simply needs to see their combined schedule for the day.
Proposed Solution: Provide an administrative setting that allows us to define the default landing page for Mobile Install users. For example, an administrator should be able to set the technician's default view to the Calendar or a unified work list page instead of the current Dashboard.
Benefit: This will improve efficiency by allowing technicians to land on the most relevant page for their workflow the moment they log in, saving them time and unnecessary navigation.
