Customer Portal - (DPR) Daily Progress Report

In customer portal, we have the ability to select any standard report and send to customer.

What would be rad is to have ability to send a task or service order report which will have details of work done for the day and maybe images from site too, to be sent to customer on daily basis wherever required.
