Default Item Image

I would like the ability to have a default image loaded when creating a new item. This is similar to how there is a default image for proposals, unless you add a specific one for a given project.

The idea is if we don't have an item image loaded, our company logo would be present, so there wasn't a gap when running a report that includes item images.

A second, maybe better, option would be to load a manufacturer's logo to be the default image for any item that doesn't have a specific image saved.
