Edit labor hours in project editor not working

D-Tools doesn't seem to be allowing both equipment and labor item hours to be edited from the project editor despite 'Allow Cell Editing' being enabled. We have to open the labor item to adjust the labor hours. Unless there is a setting elsewhere for this?
