Editing multiple reports

Presently, the Standard report designer allows us to open and edit one report at a time.

Would be nice if it would allow us to open multiple reports.

That way we can edit the subreport which testing the preview on main report.

Also, the report should be opened read only or should not be allowed to open in case its already open.
