Import Project Custom Properties

While importing a project, at times, there can be cases, when the currrent working system would have turned off some custom fields.

Would be nice to have a prompt to activate or leave the custom fields, in case they are filled in the imported project.

This needs to be checked for custom fields for Projects, Items, Clients, any other entity coming in through the project import.
