Add "Created By" column for the Change Order list in Project Explorer

When on the Project Explorer page, if I go down to the Change Order tab at the bottom, I cannot see who CREATED the change order. This is not viewable in the main view, Layouts manager, or in the Change Order History view. This is important important data to see.
