Internal Change Order (ICO) - Capability to delete labor from parts

We would like to be able to delete the labor from product, but not the product. Sometimes we hire subcontractors to do our installations after we have created our projects and sold them due to time constraints.

The current way we create the ICO is to delete the product from the project and then add it back without the labor hours. This is time consuming. It would nice to be able to mass update the product (normally cable) with no labor hours instead of deleting and re-entering. This would eliminate the data entry errors that happen.
