Labor Time Entry

With v21 we now enter time as hrs:mins:sec... I want the ability to view time entry the old way, a selection in the setting menu? Example: entering wire pull labor at 0.01hr/foot is an industry standard, now having to enter this time as 0hrs:0mins:36secs/ft is very unintuitive, and if I'm using something other than .01hr/ft it becomes even worse, and it takes a lot of extra unnecessary key stokes!
