Mobile Install Auto Progress percentage

When in mobile install, we start timer on a job, a window shows up saying the job will be marked as in progress. Then the job completion percentage is set to 50%.

Wou;d be nice if, in that pop-up dialog, we would also get a text box to change the completion percentage for starting the timer first time.
