Add custom fields to Item Receipt

It is helpful that the Item Receipt gives us an opportunity to record the serial number and MAC as we receive goods, but we also are required to assign most devices a service tag when we receive it - a unique number with a little sticker associated with it. We track this with a custom field. We would like to to make it so this custom "Service Tag" field appears while we are filling out the item receipt alongside the serial and Mac fields.
