More Custom Ribbon Buttons

In Project Editor, we are able to customize the Project Summary and Quick Quote Buttons.

Can we have an option for an additional tab, called Custom Tab perhaps, where we could choose and add/remove any command as a button?

Example: I could add Regenerate Comp ID and Regenerate Component ID ALL buttons.

Separate Mass Update Selected Items in that ribbon.

Also would need to make the Ribbon Tab persistent, so that every time I open the project editor, it would open same tab with my quick access shortcuts
