Option to Revert Labor Type Format to Pre-V21 Format

We would appreciate having a setting to switch the Labor Type format (H:M:S) back to the previous format (0.0000 hrs) when making adjustments. My company has grown accustomed to utilizing the previous method, and the new format of selecting H:M:S has become a hindrance for minor adjustments we make on every project based on install environment, difficulty, etc and has increased the time to turn projects out quite a bit. Some items we'd created standards for rounding (.008 hrs) haven't translated (28.5 S) forcing us to re-invent the wheel. Any ability given to opt for the previous format would be greatly appreciated!
