Add option to auto-expand System and Location Summary views

When navigating to System Summary and Location Summary views, all of the SubSystems/Locations are collapsed by default. It's tiresome to have to re-expand to see subsystems and sublocations when quickly switching back and forth between views. It would be nice to have an option to have them expanded by default instead. Or even just a memory of their last state (expanded or collapsed)
