Project search is returning odd results

I am searching in my project for specific keywords and am getting results that I cannot explain. In the attached example, I searched for 'NVX' and while I did get results that I expected, I am getting results for BOM items that do not have NVX in any aspect of the item. Checking the various check boxes to keep items together still doesn't change the results. What could be going on here?
