Project Summry - Selected Items

I was working with seeing equipment and labor totals for gear vs. cable and came upon what seems like a major bug.

I have a quantity based project

I have (4) parent items, each with a bulk wire run as an accessory.

Most have parent QTY > 1

When I select just the bulk wire, choose 'Selected Items' and deselect the options. I expect to see the total price of equipment and labor for only the selected items when I run a project summary.

Instead, it get something else.

See attached screen shot. Notice the RED rectagle which is obviously not included in the totals on the summary.
