Purchase Order Subject Line Customization

When sending a Purchase Order to Outlook, being able to set the structure of the subject line would be very helpful. I'd like to be able to choose from a selection of fields, like we could for report names for some time.

For example;

Purchase Order [Purchase Order Number] [Project Number]

Perhaps giving a few options of existing fields like the ones I showed above.
