Recurring Tickets

The ability to create a schedule for a ticket to be created on a schedule, or some other rule, would be really helpful. We provide an ongoing service plan to some clients and each month will send out a report or check through their systems as a form of maintenance. At the moment we simply clone the previous ticket, it would be helpful if we could set it up to autogenerate at the start of each month, week, or whatever might be available as options for this.
