When we edit any report in designer, we get option to export to server, when we wish to provide the report access to our team.
Similar option or alert window is needed when we edit or create a report group which should ask if we want to export the report group to server or not.
Currently, mostly the report group is left out on local machine, and later on needs to be exported when the team informs that they can't find updated report group.
