Report group page numbers

The Repot group page numbers can be managed from Report Settings to set them to be bottom/top, left/right/center.

Need more options to:

- set font, color, and size of the text. Also font decorations, bold or not, italics or not, underlined or not

- set whether the group page number will show on first and last page

- set the format of page number

Maybe an element in general report designer which only lets us set the page number for groupings and does not show up for standalone reports.

Maybe other users can add more requirements to this list.
