Round up to increment of

For rounding of labor hours, it would be great to have a "Round up in increment of". If the PM labor rate is $160/hr and we run a calculation for PM price based on labor price, I'd want to round this to something. Quarter hour, half hour, full hour. So if it comes back with some oddball price of $692.59, and set to round to the nearest increment ($80 in this case as half hour) then it would calculate out to $720, which would be then assigned as 4.5 hours of PM time. Otherwise we need to schedule 4.3286875 hours for the PM. We would need the radio button to select the "Round up in increment of" and an editable field for that value.
