Service Order Site Items on Report

The Site Items can be seen as part of totals in the Mobile Install.

Need to show them in the Service Order Report too.

There are cases, where a service order might be created without a project or service plan, just connected to a client.

For those cases, this functionality would be needed to show service site items in the service order report for the customer.
