We use the service plan feature of Dtools to create and track service plans for our clients. Built into that feature we can stipulate the total QTY of service plan hours covered by the plan for a client within the calendar year or plan year.... 6hours for example based on which plan they select. When then have our service manager build and track the SO for any service plan clients OFF of that service plan in the SO side of Dtools. However there seems to be NO WAY to pull report of the onsite hours used on service calls even when they are tagged to/created under that service plan.. More so we would LOVE to have a feature that once the hours were tracked and if we are scheduling a new request that would then be OVER THE TOTAL HOURS OF THE PLAN That we would get a WARNING NOTIFICATION OR POP UP in dtools to let us know we are at or over the total plan hours and therefore the visit would be billabe. We are currently having to track all hours manually which is embarrassing given the level of software we have and time and effort already spent to input and document everything. PLEASE PLEASE help with this one so we can provide a better experience for our clients and service manager.
