Tasks to assign to warehouse that don’t count towards labour hours on site

A way to assign a warehouse member of staff to pick items or stage items ahead of an installation that doesn’t count towards the job labour hours.

Could be for example load a van with these items ready for the engineers that are going to site. With a checklist for packing ladders, drill etc.
