Additional Categories for Web links and File types for submittals

With the increased need for network/cyber security documentation, it would be helpful to add an additional category for submittals - Network Security documents. This would be in addition to spec sheets, user manuals, install manuals, etc. We are having to provide cyber security documentation for any product that goes on the customers' networks.
