App/Module: D-Tools Mobile Install Dashboard
Problem/Current Behavior: The current dashboard is divided into separate views for "Service Orders" and "Tasks." This forces technicians to switch between views to see their full workload. For a field technician, the distinction is often irrelevant; they just need one consolidated list of jobs.
Proposed Solution: On the Dashboard, add a new tab or filter option called "All" that combines Service Orders and Tasks into a single, chronologically sorted list.
Benefit: This provides technicians with a complete and simplified view of their daily assignments in one place, reducing complexity and the risk of overlooking a scheduled job.
