Updating Time Sheets, auto populate "Phase"

Our company is no longer using the optional field "Phase"; we are using the most current Version of D-Tools (21.23.4672) so now we are using "Labor Type" to track our labor. It's really taking our techs and office admin a lot of time to now populate both fields. Can the code be updated when Labor Type is entered Phase is just auto populated with the same info?
