User group control for Project Files

In User groups, if we could select access to file categories.

In Project files, designer would be able to acess CAD/Visio files, accounts will be able to access Accounts category files, salesreps will be able to access Proposals/quotes/Estimates files, Project manager role to be able to access all files.
