Admin Control of Product

Current Behavior:

Any user can create new products.

Any user can toggle the Approved checkbox.

Requested Enhancements:

Restrict “Approved” Toggle by Role

a) Only Admin and Product Manager roles can check or uncheck the Approved box

b) All other roles see the Approved checkbox as disabled/read-only with tooltip: “Only Admins or Product Managers may approve products.”

c) All new products, wires etc. defaults as "Approved" unchecked.
