App/Module: D-Tools Mobile Install
Problem/Current Behavior: A technician at a client site has no way to view the history of previous service orders that were part of the same overall project. This lack of historical context can make it difficult to diagnose recurring issues or understand what work has already been done.
Proposed Solution: Within a Service Order on Mobile Install, add a new tab or button named "Project History". This would provide a read-only list of all past service orders associated with that parent project.
Benefit: Equipping technicians with the service history for a project allows them to make more informed decisions, troubleshoot problems more effectively, and provide a higher level of service by understanding the client's complete history.
