View the Scope of Work of older Revisions

Currently, when I view an older revision, the Scope of Work is still show as the current revision. I would like to be able to view the Scope of Work from a previous revision without needing to promote the old revision as project. This will help with reviewing edits and decision that were made regarding the Scope of Work.
