Add the Inactivity to the User Page

We are able to see inactivity by user when one of our admins is locked out of the system, but when you're in the system, there is nowhere to find out how long a user has been inactive. Visibility to inactivity readily available in SI would help us tremendously to make sure all users logged in are actively using the system.
