Improve the accuracy of partner pricing updates

Just quoted a DMF project. The partner pricing vs. their dealer portal was off on many parts. Some too high, but most partner prices were lower than the dealer portal price. This would have cost me thousands of dollars in loss due to inaccurate cost. We Don't trust the partner pricing!
