API PO Creation Endpoint

It would be great to have API PO endpoint so we can create/update POs. DTools does a great job of tracking POs to projects, but because SI doesn’t have inventory tracking, we would like to use PO creation process in a different application that includes PO/SO processes.

I would also like a more full fledged API for all functions in DTools as it is the expectation with most applications.
