Custom Project Reminder Notification

The default message for the Project Start / End reminder could benefit from additional information.

All projects have a list of things that should be handled ahead of installation. Shops Drawings, Item Fullfillment, Submittals, Lab Testing, Etc. Some of these things aren't features that SI tracks so we use custom fields to track status of each of those things. Are they needed, have they been started, and are they complete. It would be nice if we could customize the table that is shown to choose which columns are included in the notification incluing custom fields.

AND

It would be nice if we could have 'Insert Field' as one of the options in the message body. For this to work, one of two things would need to occur. Either, a reminder for each project is sent where the included fields are for that project only OR some internal mechanism separates each project covered by the reminder in the message.

TBH would rather have the ability to customize the columns more than inserting fields into the message, but having both would be amazing.
