Assign resource for project audit

I'd like to see a feature where we could assign a resource to perform project audits and approve/reject the project. This could be done by having a check box in the Information window with "Audited project" where a grayed drop down menu for Auditor becomes active. The other resources (sales, designer, project manager) can at any time submit a project or change order (with its drawings) for audit. Change orders will have a "pending audit" status until auditor gives thumbs up.

We have to document such processes in some large defence, offshore and government projects.
