Automatic Library import pricing

Add options for how to set sell pricing on new products brought in from the Library
1. Leave blank
2. Use MSRP
3. Calculate

Currently if a cost is supplied by the vendor, this will populate the Sell price, which has caused issues.
MSRP would be best, but $0 would also work to catch user errors
