Customer Portal Feature Improvement

1. File View The uploaded files are displayed in a gallery/tile view, which makes it difficult to see the full file names. Would it be possible to provide a list view instead, where files are displayed one below another? I have attached a screenshot of the current view for reference.

2. “Load More” Button Many users do not notice the Load More button on the main page, so they are unable to find the additional drawings we upload. If the files were displayed in a scrollable list instead, this issue might be resolved.

3. Downloading Individual Files Users need to open each file individually before downloading it. When they return to the previous page, they cannot easily tell which files have already been downloaded. This issue is also related to the current gallery view.

4. Download All Option Our customers would like to have a Download All button so they can download all files at once. We mainly work with shipyards, and they typically prefer to download the complete document package and upload it to their own servers for internal distribution.
