Allow batch or bulk renaming/changing/updating all Component ID's of a certain type. Example: "DAT-xxx" to "IPD-xxx"

This already exists. 1. In Project Editor, open the Manage Project Component ID Format interface and make desired changes to format. 2. Save and Close the interface, do not use the Regenerate function. 3. In Project Editor, filter/select the items that you want to change the Component ID for, right-click and select Regenerate Component ID.
