Remove redundant info from the SI Workflow Notifications

We love the new format of the SI workflow notificaiton emails, way easier to digest. Thank you!

Small requests:

The email subject is suuuupper long and gets truncated in Outlook both in desktop and mobile (see screenshot), this makes it not useful. Can we have the subject ONLY include the Client and Project Name and Number and updated?

The footer of the email can handle the load of informing us that the notification is from D-Tools SI.

Second, can D-Tools please remove the redundant information that is repeated over and over.

'D-Tools SI' is repeated (4) times in the message body even after it is stated in the subject.
The Project name is repeated (2) times in the message body even after it is state in the subject.

Once in the subject and once in the body is more than sufficient.
