Set location(s) as headend

Rather than have SI having global headends that are set from the catalog and shared with all projects. It would be better if when managing your project locations, you can set one or more locations as and a headend and whether it is an IDF, MDF, or MPOE.

The more I think about this, it would actually be super helpful if not only could you set a location as a headed, but be able to set other location to be services by that headend.. For example, if you set location IDF 125 as a headend, then create/set other locations to have IDF 125 as their headed, any wire or device placed into each location, SI could automatically set the HE for each wire/device to have HE 125.
