Mark Catalog Categories Approved Unapproved

Over the years, we have made a lot of custom categories/subcategories that don't necessarily align with the categories that can be pulled down from the D-Tools product library.

For example, for network products we use: 'NETWORK' in our catalog.

From the Library, products will come with something like 'Networking' or similar.

While my team is instructed to not use the categories from the library, every now and then someone will accidently do it and the rogue category gets added back into our catalog and as more and more items that fit that category are added, over time, we end up having two similar categories both populated with many items.

Request: It would be nice to be able to mark a category as 'Unapproved' rather than delete it and in turn have SI force the user choose one that already exists in the catalog vs. a new one being created inadvetantly.
