Workflow Criteria: Task/SO Start/End Date changes

Can we please get criteria added for changes to a task/SO scheduled start/end and the actual start/end?

If you have the calendar open and you drag a task/SO from one day to another, the assigned resource doesn't get a notifiction that the task date has changed.
