SI API - Project Deleted & System category for catalog items

Two requests to add to the SI API:

1. Project deleted - there are few projects that come up with duplicate project numbers, yet they've been deleted in d-tools and they're not duplicates. Requesting a deleted boolean flag so my custom MCP server can filter them out.

2. Systems category for catalog items - simply a request to include system for project catalog items. This is for being able to audit catalog items...this is a mandatory category for my setup and I'd like to be able to clean up the catalog.
