Restrict Template Permissions to Assigned User

We recently started using Templates in D‑Tools, and they seem like an excellent way to reuse common installation setups. However, we would like more control over who can access these Templates. Right now, this appears to be possible only through “Manage User Groups” by granting or denying access to “Manage Project Templates”.

That approach could work, but we would prefer a more flexible option: the user listed under “Assigned To” should always have access to their own Project Template, but not to templates owned by other users. This would allow every user to create and maintain templates for solutions they expect to reuse.
