Automate Change Order Approval Process

We’d like for our Procurement and Finance team to receive an automated task whenever a change order is changed to either pending or approved (both for internal and external change orders). We want to emulate the same queue format that's already in place for tasks. We prefer a list of tasks in D-Tools vs sending this notification via email, because emails are hard to manage when you are receiving a lot each day...
