It would be great to have options to select required fields when creating service orders, PO's, and catalog items. It would help force consistency and missed updates.

I am requesting the addition of Custom Fields in the Edit Purchase Order window. I would like to add such things as the Invoice number(s) associated with the Purchase Order, the freight cost, etc. All things which could be incorporated in the customer field section. I was also looking for custom fields for the Items added to the purchase order.

Is it worth considering installing a post-it feature that can be overlaid on the data matrix when developing a project for quick notes that arise when developing the project? It could be a temp overlay that could be deleted once the item, or items, are addressed? Just thinking!
