Catalog Quick Filter by Labor Types

The expected behavior from checkboxing a labor type in the Quick Filter is that only items with that labor type should be returned, regardless of the names of the other labor types.

I have a labor type called "Off Site Build" and another called "IT" - when I attempt to filter by "IT" using the Quick Filter checkbox, it still returns all results with "Off Site Build" presumably because it contains the string "it". Functionally the same as using a "contains" text filter on the column. I can't use a Starts-With or Ends-With column filter as the IT labor type may appear somewhere in the middle of that string.
