Ability to Restrict Visible Statuses in Mobile Install

Problem/Current Behavior: The status selection list in Mobile Install shows all available statuses from the system. This list can be long and contain statuses that are irrelevant or shouldn't be used by field technicians, leading to potential confusion and incorrect selections.

Proposed Solution: Introduce an administrative feature to control which statuses are visible and selectable within the Mobile Install app. Administrators should be able to create a curated, shorter list of statuses specifically for technicians.

Benefit: This will simplify the interface for technicians, making it faster and easier for them to select the correct status. It also increases data accuracy by preventing the use of incorrect or office-specific statuses.
